  • A course to help you manage symptoms of shame
  • A personal journal
  • Space to track intentions, habits and self-care activities
  • A trauma toolkit with short grounding videos to help you when you’re experiencing symptoms of trauma or anxiety

It’s gentle mentally and physically and will help so many people. You have a gentleness that comes over and comes out in your work. There is no other way to get help like this, so it can only be a great thing.

“This has been so good already. I was able to use slow, gentle movements, that left me feeling peaceful.”

Sue M – Shame-Free Community member

Hi, I’m Helen, and I created The Shame-Free Community for anyone who feels like they’re not good enough. I know what it feels like, having lived with shame for most of my life. I’ve learnt the hard way that shame (and trauma) can live deep within the core of our beings. It doesn’t just affect our minds but the whole of us – mental, physical, spiritual, emotional. That’s why I take a unique, holistic approach – blending body-based healing with self-compassion, self-reflection, spiritual practices and peer support.

Who is it for?

The Shame-Free Community is for anyone who’s fed up of living with shame. It’s for those who dream of having the freedom to be fully themselves and who are are ready to move out of their comfort zone and start taking action to achieve it. Does that sound like you? Well you’re very welcome here!

The Shame-Free Community is NOT for you if:

  • You’re in a mental health crisis
  • You’re looking for a cheap alternative to therapy
  • You want a quick fix
  • You don’t want to connect with others
  • You don’t want to invest in your healing
  • You have an agenda or motives for joining other than healing from shame
  • You are a perpetrator of abuse or you have perpetrated abuse in the past

What’s the investment?

The Shame-Free Community is an investment in your future self. How much would you pay to learn the tools to break free from shame and grow in confidence? It costs £39 a month to join us and you can cancel at any time. Where other programmes require a costly upfront payment – often hundreds of pounds – with the Shame-Free Community you don’t have to cover the full cost upfront and can cancel once you’ve taken everything you need from it.

What’s the time commitment?

The tools in the Shame-Free Community are designed to be flexible and fit around you. The daily self-care tools all take around 10 minutes or less and can easily fit into a quick break from work or other tasks. The courses are also all broken up into smaller chunks. This means that you can do more on days when you have a lot of free time and less on days when you don’t. I believe that you can experience genuine connection in just 10 minutes a day.

How does membership work?

You pay a recurring subscription fee to gain access to pre-recorded online resources and live sessions. Your access to these benefits lasts until the end of your subscription period.

Will I get access to the resources straight away when I sign up?

Yes. You will get an email with your login details and can sign in straight away. All the self-care videos and courses are available to be streamed straight away.

Ready to subscribe for £39 a month?
